You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Poka88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB), direct bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
All deposits, account balances, and transactions on Poka88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. Poka88 does not charge currency conversion fees directly, but third-party conversion charges may apply.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Poka88 account, the following conditions must all be satisfied: your account must be fully KYC-verified; any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds must be fully met; your account must be in good standing with no pending compliance review; and the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.

Poka88 applies a same-method return policy for withdrawals wherever operationally possible. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will be returned to the same method. Where this is not possible (e.g., prepaid cards, expired accounts), an alternative method will be agreed with the Player following identity verification.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonus funds:

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Poka88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or outcome. In the event of obvious pricing errors, Poka88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Settlement of sports bets will be conducted in accordance with the rules published for each sport, which are available in the sportsbook help section.
All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Poka88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Poka88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
In no event shall Poka88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Poka88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Poka88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of: suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected underage gambling, suspected problem gambling, or operation of the account in a manner inconsistent with the Platform's integrity standards.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting Poka88 support. Before closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and your Real Money Balance will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method subject to standard verification requirements.
Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform on responsible gambling grounds may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely.
